Welcome to Elite Spa & Wellness Please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions. By booking or receiving any treatment, you agree to comply with the following policies.

1. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for other clients. Full payment will still apply.

2. Health and Safety

Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment.

Infections/Illness: Clients showing signs of contagious illness may be refused service for health and safety reasons.

Pregnancy: Certain treatments may be unsuitable during pregnancy. Please notify us in advance.

3. Personal Conduct

Respectful Behavior: Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full fee will be charged.

Minors: Clients under 18 must have parental consent. A parent or guardian must accompany minors under 16.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Refunds: Treatments and gift vouchers are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply at the manager's discretion.

Gift Vouchers: Must be presented at the time of use and are valid for 6 Months from the date of issue.

5. Privacy Policy

All client information is kept strictly confidential and is used only for providing you with the best possible service. We do not share personal details with third parties.

6. Changes to Services or Pricing

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We strive to keep all information up to date on our website and promotional materials.

7. Liability

Elite Spa & Wellness and its staff are not liable for any unforeseen reactions to treatments if medical conditions or allergies were not disclosed prior to treatment.
